The Village of Montrose is looking for a dynamic and flexible individual for a regular part-time position within the Administration and General Government function of the Village of Montrose.

This position provides clerical and primary reception duties and administrative support on a part-time /relief basis within the Administration and General Government function of the Village.

Qualifications

Montrose is a small municipality. The position will require an ability to learn and to assist in all duties involved in the municipality’s administration, from filing to long-term financial planning. Versatility, flexibility, confidentiality, accuracy, and a good understanding of procedural fairness are essential personal qualities required for the candidate for this position. In addition, this position requires an ability to work unsupervised. The Village of Montrose provides a competitive rate of pay pursuant to the CUPE Collective Agreement.
