A
Bylaw to fix the Village of Montrose Water Supply Rates.
WHEREAS
it is deemed expedient to revise the water supply rates;
NOW
THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Montrose, in open meeting assembled,
enacts the following:
1. DELETION: Schedule "A" of Bylaw 135 (Except Outside Village Monthly Rate), as amended by Bylaw 522.
2. ADDITION: Insert the following as Schedule "A" of Bylaw 135,
There
shall be levied against every household or business premises a water rate as
follows:

3. The rates herein shall become effective
the first day of January 2000.
4. Bylaw 522 is hereby repealed effective
the first day of January, 2000.
5. This Bylaw shall be known and cited for
all purposes as the
"Water Rates Amendment
Bylaw.
