H2O Conservation Administrator – Memorandum and consumption statistics with suggestions for the establishment of water consumption targets.

That a “Maximum Average Daily Consumption Per Month” of 272,600 gallons and a “Daily Average Consumption For The Year” of 136,400 gallons be adopt as the water conservation targets for the year 2001.

KIDS Care Correspondence from E. Conroy, MLA, on behalf of Ms. B. Ewings in the matter of her KIDS Care Program and the role of CCERC in the Montrose School.
Councillor Benzer advised that CCERC and Ms. B. Ewings have resolved the issue. The Mayor was directed to respond to Mr. Conroy, with copy to Ms. Ewings.

Misc Matters Deputy Clerk – memorandum concerning:
a) CMHC Household Guide to Water Efficiency;
b) Water supply for the S.O.A.R. event – July 20-28, 2001;
c) Playground Equipment Proposal Call;

a) AKBM conference;
b) CCERC, meeting with Montrose School staff, interviews for coordinator candidates, plans to arrange a garage sale event to promote the community.

a) the ballpark being ready for use, requesting information on the park schedule;
b) a display case and history on the original Council gavel;
c) replacement of the fire hall stairs roof.

That proposals be solicited for appropriate signs at the fire hall and public works building, and that the RDKB be asked to contribute to the cost of the new fire hall sign.
