Curbside Pickups

Overview

The Village provides weekly curbside garbage collection. Garbage must be on the curb by 7:30am.

Bi-weekly recycling is through Recycle BC and contracted to GFL . Please contact GFL if your recycling has been missed.

Our goal is to support clean and sustainable waste management.

What’s Included

  • Weekly garbage pickup – Village service
  • Bi-weekly recycling collection(RecycleBC) – Contracted to GFL
  • Green Bin collection (RDKB service) – Contracted to GFL
  • Spring & Fall yard waste removal (seasonal)

Schedule & Guidelines

  • Collection day: Wednesday
  • Place bins at the curb by 7:30 AM
  • Ensure bins are not blocked by vehicles or snow
  • Ensure bags do not exceed more than 20 kgs (44 lbs.)
