Memorial Park Refurbishment
In 2016 our Public Works crew completed a refurbishment of Memorial Park which is located on 3rd Street. The aim of the refurbishment was to provide a cleaner, low maintenance park which shows an improved focus on the contrasts between earth tones and vegetation.
Kudos to the Public Works crew for showing leadership and initiative in the refurbishment of Memorial Park.
This irrigation free park has also now set a standard in the Village for efficiency and sustainability of facilities.
The new park design is expected to reduce maintenance by 75%.
