The Village of Montrose invites tenders for infrastructure renewal on the 500 Block of 11th Avenue. The project generally includes the following work (approx. quantities):
•
Construction of ~220m of 200mm diameter PVC watermain and 14 water services;
•
Construction of ~190m of 200mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer and 15 sanitary sewer services;
•
Construction of ~250m of 200mm – 375mm diameter drainage pipe;
•
Installation of 7 manholes and 9 catch basins;
•
Construction of ~190m of concrete curb and gutter;
•
Surface restoration including road and driveway reconstruction and paving (~2,800 square metres), swale and boulevard grading, and grass restoration.

Tenderers are encouraged to attend an optional informational meeting scheduled for Tuesday May 27th, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Village office (located on the 500 Block of 11th Avenue, Montrose, BC).
